When I was 12, I migrated to New Zealand with my parents from China. I am blessed with the best of both worlds. My passion for representation, perspective, and diversity is not only in my heritage. I worked in the banking and finance industry and now run my international film production business. I am fortunate to work between creativity and business. Our local boards need diversity and new perspectives.

I care for my six-year-old boy and my 97-year-old grandfather; I care deeply about the young, the old and families. Our community needs to be safe, convenient and active for our young, old and disabled. I run a community fitness class and volunteer at the Auckland War Memorial Museum and some other NGOs.
